Are your products cruelty-free?+
Yes. We never test on animals, and every product is clearly labelled. Any animal-derived material, such as real mink lashes, is named plainly in the product title so you always know what you are choosing.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are dispatched within two working days with free tracked shipping over $50. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our New York or London studio.
What is your return policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. For hygiene, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full details.
