Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We dispatch every order within two working days from our New York and London studios. Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Below that, a flat tracked-shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
Returns
If something is not right, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics, false lashes and skincare cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty or damaged. This is standard practice across the beauty industry and protects every customer.
To start a return, contact our team with your order number and we will guide you through it. Refunds are processed within a few working days of us receiving the returned item.
Faulty or damaged items
If any item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.
